Created from their shared experiences and determination to overcome challenges, HCP aims to provide community-driven solutions to the difficulties faced by displaced people. The organization focuses on transforming communities through youth empowerment, social inclusion, and sustainable development initiatives that create opportunities for marginalized populations.

It supports refugee women in Kampala and refugee camps through programs in education, livelihoods, health, and advocacy, helping them improve their lives and achieve their goals. Guided by inclusiveness, dignity, accountability, and collaboration, it partners with community leaders and organizations to deliver practical, needs-based interventions.
